		<description>Tamara, I will share with you what I have learned about fatigue management.... think of it like a bank account, if you overdraw yourself significantly over a duration of time you are in a negative position.  Thus you have to make deposits back into your bank account until you get even (or have some in the bank).  Depending on how overdrawn you are it make take months to get back to a healthy position.  Treat yourself like you would a new born baby... create a routine, whereby every single night of the week you go to bed at the same time (even weekends) and get up at the same time.  Aim for around 8 to 9 hours sleep... yes, if that means you go to bed at 9:00 p.m., you do that to help heal yourself..... you do this for as many months as you need too...you need to retrain you body to store energy vs. spending all of your energy... best wishes jordan.</description>
