How to Feel Better Right Now

I guarantee that no matter what your circumstances are in life, you CAN feel at least a little bit better.  Our thoughts are things, and our thoughts are energy, and they control our life.

More than 95% of the thoughts that you had yesterday are the same thoughts that you will have today and tomorrow.

Start by being aware of what you think about when you first get out of bed.  Are your thoughts positive, or are they the same old negative thoughts and feelings about hating your job; feeling busy; being angry; upset with your body; worry?

Whatever thoughts you have WILL create more similar thoughts throughout your day.  If you want your life to change, if you want to feel better, try the following for ONE WEEK.  I guarantee you will feel better if you do.  It is extremely simple, and once you have tried it, you will want to continue with it, probably forever.

What is it?

When you get out of bed, rather than think all the same old negative thoughts that you have had almost every day of your adult life up to this point, I want you to say to yourself “I’m Alive, I’m Alert, I Feel Great! ”

If you can get that stuck in your head, much like you would get a song stuck in your head that woke you up with your alarm clock, it WILL improve your mood, your day, and your life (over time).  Add in a smile and a couple of deep breaths and the energy will be even stronger.

If you are running this phrase through your head, you will not be able to have those other negative thoughts running through your head.  Thoughts are things and thoughts are energy.  Our thoughts create our reality.  Generally, we can only have one thought at a time.  Why not keep it ultra positive and see how your day goes?

Try it.  It is one of the simplest things you can do to start to change your life, one moment, one day at a time.
