I have another audio to share with you! I listened to this one last night and I really like it, hope you do too. I must say I have had energy like crazy today. I started cleaning the house before the sun even came up this morning. I got so much done and felt so good while doing it. Not sure if it was specifically only because of this audio or not, but I think I’ll be listening tonight again.
Its a hypnotic recording from Kris Welsh designed to help you improve your well being, specifically assisting with cell regeneration. I notice that he talks a little bit about weight/body shape (as well as the rest of the body). I know for me it helped with my energy and pain. This is the first audio I have come across from Kris, and I think he has a pleasant and relaxing voice.
This one is only about 15 minutes or so. I didn’t use headphones but I think it would be even better if listened to with some on.

Thanks for sharing Tamara. I’ll definitely listen to it with headphones next time. I was at a soccer game and the crowd was a bit loud. From what I heard so far it sounds pretty good and relaxing somehow.
