There's been a lot of 'talk' online lately about lightworkers and darkworkers and polarization. By trying to decide if you are a lightworker or darkworker, you are in effect making judgments. Judgements of yourself and judgements of others. This is of the EGO, not the soul.

I am writing this because while looking online, I have noticed a lot of people who are afraid. They are afraid they might be a darkworker. They are afraid they are not a ‘good’ lightworker because they are not ‘polarized’ and they think about themselves and their own happiness too. They feel like they work with the light, yet they question and doubt because they are not polarized. They are afraid they will fail. This article may not be perfect, but hopefully it helps some of those who think they are failing if they do not polarize.

One of the key aspects of being enlightened (aware of the light) is non-judgement. Judgement comes from Ego. Things just ARE. I just AM. You just ARE. The focus for each of us, needs to be I AM. We are all a part of the whole. The first basic step to living in a higher dimension is to realize this. I AM. That is all there is. Not I AM a lightworker, or a darkworker, or an in-between worker. Simply I AM.

I use the term lightworker to describe myself sometimes because it helps people to know where I am coming from. The majority of people here on this earth plane need to compartmentalize in some way, and this gives them a starting point to understand who I AM. I don’t go through my life thinking “I am a lightworker”. It’s more like I know that I work with the light energy that we are all a part of and that is one phrase that will help others to know me better.

I remember my connection to source. This enables me to better work with the light and energies of Source. Everyone here is also able to work with this Source Energy connection, as soon as they remember. The closer you get to remembering, the lighter you feel.

Darkworker implies that those souls are disconnected from Source, away from the light, in the dark. That is not the case at all. They may not remember the light and acknowledge that their energy affects the whole, but I would not label them as ‘dark’. I would not label them period. At the moment, they are just operating much more from the ego than someone who appears ‘light’.

Once you find this I AM Presence, you will find that things start to fall into place.

Polarization is a game, created by the mind and ego to try to put things in their place. To label them as light/dark, good/bad, fear/love.

The intent of "polarizing" is just a way for the mind to take over and likely stop the ascension process. Ascending is not of the mind. It is of the Spirit. It is where all of our souls came from and where they remain in their most pure state. When you label things it just holds you back.

Intention is everything. Stating that you need to polarize to light or dark in order to be successful might work from the perspective of the mind. Truly though, everything is done through intention. Its not the 'polarization' that helps you get to where you want to be. It’s the INTENTION behind your actions. It does not really matter how ‘enlightened’ you are, you are still a human being, and will at times have human emotions or act through the ego of the human mind. Labelling this as 'dark' does a disservice to many.

There are so many people out there that are working really hard to help others, to remember Source and their connection to it. If you are trying to 'polarize', the minute you have a thought about yourself, your family, being successful on your own, you feel like you have done something 'wrong'. A classic example of one step forward, two steps back.
Those of you who find yourselves in that place have done nothing wrong. You have just stepped into ego for a moment. As soon as you realize this you can let it go and take the next step forward…without that step back.

If you are wondering if you are a darkworker this does not mean you are dark. It is that you have not yet realized and acknowledged that you are a part of the whole. You act through a sense of separation. You vs. them. Really there is no such thing we are all part of the same energy. Supposed “darkworkers” are just very involved with mind and ego, they have not remembered Source. Energetically they do get back what they put out there. They may wind up with “success” and or money, but the authentic happiness and feelings of peace, contentment and well-being will be absent.

The key to ascension and remembering is to be AWARE. Totally aware. I think this might be what the fellow who came up with polarization is trying to get at. Be aware of what you are doing, and what your INTENTIONS are.
INTENTION IS EVERYTHING. Just because you think of yourself once in a while does not make you a 'darkworker'. It makes you a human being. Yes, we are spirit, but like it or not, we are having a human experience. We came to earth at this time to experience being human and to help move the earth and her inhabitants to another dimension, a dimension of enlightenment, of one with source and all that is.
Please do not be concerned if you think of yourself. The key is to BE AWARE. Be aware of what your thoughts are, what your judgements are. Because you have a mind, you will have judgements. The key will be to see each judgement for what it is and replace it with love.
There is love, and there is fear. Source does not want you to live in fear. Fear of "oh no, I just had a thought about myself, does that make me dark?"
You are not dark, you are a perfect being of light. Bring awareness into your consciousness and you will see and feel this.

From what I have observed, “Polarization” is actually just scaring people. Taking them away from the divine I AM that they are. They are trying to 'fit' into one mould or another, and losing focus of where they really are and want to be. Of having the connection to Source that is available to us all. Even by saying you are polarizing as a lightworker, you are judging. Saying, “I am light”. We are all part of the light. By saying “I am light” and by defining your self that way, you are operating from a place of ego.

There are people out there that are focused one way or the other. We all have the light inside of us. No matter what our actions, mind, or ego, says or does, the light is there. Trying to tell someone that when they listen to their mind, or worse yet, their fear of lacking in something, they are a darkworker, just puts more fear into them.

There is love, and there is fear. You are either in a loving state, or a fearful state. All other 'emotions' come from one of these.
I believe that by saying you are lightworker or darkworker; you are setting yourself up to fail. Even the most enlightened soul on the planet thinks of themselves once in a while, or might do something selfish, or operate from the ego.
Even the most selfish person out there still has the divine spark in them. There are many so called 'selfish' people out there that do a lot of good in the world.

Everyone on the planet at this moment is meant to be here. Everyone came here with certain intentions. It’s important to remember that we are all ONE. All a part of the whole. Whatever action or emotions we have, affects the whole.
To create 'separateness' with light or dark is doing just that. Creating separation. Separateness is not our ultimate goal. Judgements create separation. Its time to stop judging, start living with INTENTION AND AWARENESS.
