21-Day ECH: Breathing Exercise and Journaling

This audio is less than 2 minutes long.  I kept it very short on purpose so that there won’t be a barrier to you making time to listen to it.  Some 21-Day Energy Clearing and Healing participants use this 2-minute audio as an introduction to their own longer meditation. But the energy work will have a positive impact on you whether you listen to this audio every day or not.

Gratitude Journals
What you focus on expands.  If you focus on gratitude, you will create more opportunities to be grateful. So if you are inclined, every day for the 21 days of your energy clearing, you can write down 3 things you are grateful for — if you come up with more and get on a roll while you are writing that’s great!.  Remember, nothing is too small to be grateful for. After you write your gratitudes, close with a “Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!”
