Energy Alert, August 27, 2017 ~ What is your shadow?

We are still in some very intense energies this weekend.  This has been ongoing all year, but in a big way since August 8th.  We are still feeling the effects of the full Solar Eclipse.  The Solar Eclipse brought whatever was in the Shadows of your life to the surface.  We also have quite a few planets in retrograde at the moment.

How this shadow feels to you can vary a great deal.  Some of you have felt really ‘off’, or depressed, or angry.  Others of you have felt like something has lifted and you are feeling a little better.

Why is this?

Because with the Eclipse bringing your Shadow self to the surface, you may find that old things, people, or ways of being just aren’t serving you anymore.  You might wake up and wonder “Is this it?,  Is this what my life has come down to?”

The good news, is you can USE THIS ENERGY TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE.  As everything that is not working in your life, all that was in the shadows, comes to the surface, you get to decide.

We have had so many energy downloads, and we and our planet are ascending, and our vibration is raising.  The older lower vibrating energies are getting really uncomfortable.  You have more than enough support to make some MASSIVE changes in your life right now.  And I mean massive.  Do you have any habits that you would like to change?  Relationships you would like to heal? (whether you stay and heal them, or leave the relationship and heal it from afar).  Money issues/challenges that you would like to address?

Are ‘old issues’ showing themselves to you?  This is because at this moment, you have support to grow.  You get to decide to think, act, and be different in the shadow of the old energies.

The time really is now.  This discomfort you are feeling right now is THE NEED FOR GROWTH.  Let go.

As you are letting go, remember, focus on what you want.  Sometimes it is easier to focus on what NEW you would like in your life, rather than focusing on what is not working.

If you find yourself going to thoughts (an energy) of blame, you need to stop it if you want to feel better.  You cannot change the past, you cannot change other people.  If you are blaming someone else for something, you are holding yourself in a stuck pattern.  Stuck patterns are the most uncomfortable things!!!

Only you can change how you feel.  Blaming other people for what they have done, blaming yourself for not doing things differently.  This will hold the anger or depression.  For the record, generally speaking, depression is anger turned inward.  If you are depressed, getting mad, and using that energy might help.  You don’t want to get stuck in anger though, that doesn’t feel good either.  From anger, you could say something like “I am going to change this, that’s it, PERIOD” and then take some actions – this will feel better than the anger.

Just remember, you need to take actions for YOU.  You cannot take actions in the hope that someone else will change, or take actions against someone else.  That just brings you back to blame and even more discomfort.  You can only change yourself.

Time

As we are vibrating higher, and the planet (and we), are ascending, time is getting weirder and weirder.  Sometimes time goes fast, sometimes slow.  So what’s up with that?

Time is man-made.  There is no such thing as time.  All YOU have is NOW.  Just now.  The more you stay in and experience each moment of your awareness, the better you will feel.  A lot of your angst comes from worrying about tomorrow, or resenting what was yesterday.

Sometimes when we feel we have a lot we need to get done it gets overwhelming and we end up doing nothing.  Why?  Because when we get so stressed out it makes us very tired and ineffective.  We end up spinning our wheels and doing not much of anything…or running around ‘doing’ things, and forgetting to BE.

What if you made a decision to live in this moment.  So you have a big list of things to do.  Do one thing.  Don’t worry about the rest.  As you do ONE thing, be in the moment of doing it (Be in your moment).  Be happy you are getting it done, don’t resent the fact you have to do it.

The biggest tip for right now is baby steps.  Just be in your moment, and take a step.  Doesn’t matter what the step is.  If you are exhausted from stress, your first step might be to take a nap.  If you haven’t been taking care of yourself, maybe your first step is to drink a bunch of water and get some exercise.  If your house is a mess, maybe its tidying up one little corner.  If your finances are a mess, maybe its time to decide to skip buying a coffee today and putting that money into savings (or debt reduction) instead.

All you have is NOW.  Everything is happening now.  If you keep waiting for later, it will never come.

  1. I love this message regarding time, Tamara. It’s something I’ve learned and noticed that as humans we cause ourselves a lot of stress with the current perspective we have of time.
