This time of being inside our homes also gives us the opportunity to go inside ourselves.  To find out where our lives have not been in balance, to see that which we have been avoiding.

We all have a shadow side.  One way to describe your shadow self, is to imagine that there is a part of you, that stands behind you.  When there are parts of you that you do not wish to acknowledge, you just pass it off, throw it over your shoulder for your shadow to hold.

5th Dimensional Reality

This shadow is a part of YOU and your energy.  Yes, whatever it is, is still there, held by your shadow.

This time is a perfect time to acknowledge this and see what you have put there that is no longer necessary ~ that needs to be acknowledged.

This is where “false positivity” can be dangerous.  Yes, positivity is important, but it must be true positivity.  If it is false positivity, all of your emotions, your fears, your hurts, angers, resentments are still there in your shadow energy.

A good example of false positivity:  April 1st is coming up and rent is due.  You do not have your rent money because you are locked at home and have not been working.

False positivity says:  “I’m not worried. I will just put a big smile on my face and say ‘good’ words, and use the law of attraction to manifest rent money”  all the while, you are totally freaking out.

True positivity says:  “OMG, I’m kind of freaked out about this.  I have no money.  My rent is due.  What am I going to do!?!  (deep breath, relax into your body).  Okay.  There’s nothing I can do about the rent money being on time.  I have a roof over my head, I have enough food to last a few days.  Right this minute I am taken care of.  I will live in this moment, because this moment is okay.  I will do my best to focus on what feels good.  After all, I have been through some serious shit shows in my life and I’m still doing okay.  I can’t really control the whole world, but I can control myself and my thoughts.  I think I will just put on some music (or read a book, watch a movie, have a nap, play with the kids, go for a walk ~ whatever feels good), and enjoy this moment right now.  Later will take care of itself, it always does”.

Sometimes if you want to be positive but are struggling, you must talk to yourself in such a was as to calm and soothe yourself, much as you would a child.  As you do this, you begin to clear that which scares (or discomforts) you.  Until it is looked at and  cleared, it is still there. 

For years I have been sharing information on how the earth and her people are ascending, how we will end up with Heaven on Earth (it won’t be super soon by human perspective of time, but it is coming, it is a process). If you are having a hard time with this change, with this “letting go of old”, imagine if you had to let go of more, or ALL of it right this second. What we are going through is simply a part of a process.

We will be okay, you will be okay. It is okay if you are feeling some fear, please just try to reassure yourself, as we are trying to reassure you; that things will be okay. Things that are meant to stay in your life will stay. Things that are meant to go will go.

We are entering a new time. Some things will stay the same, MANY things will change.

If you are optimistic at this time, it is time to put your voice out there to encourage others. This is a time when many lightworkers will find their voices and will start to share their love and healing energy with the world.
